The apartments Le Kenzie di Palermo are 7 two-level studios located in the very heart of the city, on Giulio Cesare square, just 20 meters from the Central Station and the shuttle to and from the airport Falcone-Borsellino. The comfortable connections with buses and metro allow the hosts of the Residence to reach the most popular sites of Palermo and its surroundings, such as the magnificent Dome of Monreale or the famous beaches of Mondello.

The borough is ideal for shopping, a taste of the typical Sicilian cuisine and for the enthusiasts of the nightlife of the city.
The 7 two-level studios have been entirely renovated at the beginning of 2005. Some of them can accommodate up to 5 people. The night zone is on the top-floor, while on the lower floor there is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen (in some cases even with a handy washing machine), a private bathroom with shower and a large balcony. All studios are suited with TV and air conditioning. To make sure you enjoy a warm welcome, on your arrival you'll find fresh milk, marmelade and bread in the refrigerator.

The personnel looking after the apartments live in the same lodging and are available for info, suggestions and ready to solve any type of problem. In order to make sure our personnel is available when you arrive, please send an email or call us to let us know at what time you are arriving to the Apartments and whether there are delays.

A guarded parking space is available at a small distance from the Residence Le Kenzie.

NEWS: in November 2007 all apartments have been provided with brand new noise-reducing windows, in order to make sure our customers may enjoy a more relaxing and confortable stay.

Living room The living room of each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with Tv set, divan-bed, air conditioning, balconies and the stairs to the upper floor.	Living room and upper floor Each apartment has an upper floor furnished with single and double beds, accessible through comfortable stairs	Living room and balcony All apartments are suited with 1 or 2 balconies, overlooking Giulio Cesare square or the quiet via Palmieri.

Upper floor The upper floor of each apartment is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, together with bedside tables, cupboards and desks.	Upper floor and the roof In most apartments the structure of the roof is in wood.
The kitchen Each apartment is suited with a fully equipped kitchen	The bathroom Each apartment is suited with a private marble-furnished bathroom. Prices:      

2 people: 40-80 euro per night, 180-480 per week

3 people: 50-90 euro per night, 270-540 per week

4-5 people: 60-120 euro per night, 360-720 per week

Prices include the usage of the apartment, water, electricity and the final cleaning. Additional cleaning of the apartment during the period of stay may be arranged upon request.

Discounted rates (up to 20% less) may be applied upon request for "last-minute" reservations, for more that 7 days or for groups of people.
